Athletes Helping Athletes, Inc., Extra Innings Batting Cages, PCA, Triple D Screen Printing and Wilson Sporting Goods invite you to join us for:

SPRING TRAINING DAY

Date: Sunday, March 11, 2012
Time: Registration begins at 10:00am
Place: Extra Innings Batting Cages (click here for map)
Drills, Instruction & Fun: 10:30am to 12:30pm

Coaches and players from many of AHA's participating baseball and softball teams will join us in running this great event.

• Instruction on Fielding - Catching - Throwing - Hitting
• Drills
• Station work
• Athletes will receive a Tee Shirt and a Medal
• Pizza, Snacks & Water will be provided for each
